Hidden within the hotel gardens, the old neo-Canarian chalet Casa Duque now holds a kitchen that bears no resemblance to its origins: Duke, recognized by the Michelin Guide, reinterprets fine Japanese cuisine among wood, glass, and natural light spilling straight into the dining patio.
